Your Team, Your Impact

Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) is part of the Corporate Quality & Reliability organization and is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and continuity of supplied materials and services. The SQE team works closely with wafer foundries, OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) providers, and EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) partners to deliver high-quality products that meet customers and business expectations.

In collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, SQE drives excellence across the following key areas:

1. Supply Assurance – Ensuring a stable and reliable supply chain through proactive quality oversight and risk management.
2. Compliance – Maintaining adherence to regulatory, customer, industry, and corporate quality requirements.
3. Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential quality, reliability, and supply chain risks.
4. Material Disposition – Managing nonconforming material assessments and disposition decisions to protect product quality and customer satisfaction.
5. Continuous Improvement – Driving supplier quality improvements, process optimization, and operational excellence through data-driven initiatives and collaboration.

This partnership-oriented approach enables SQE to safeguard product quality, strengthen supplier performance, and support business growth.

What You Can Expect

Successful candidate will have opportunities in:

• Expose to supplier quality management activities. 

• Participate in process and quality audits at supplier manufacturing sites. 

• Manage manufacturing non-conformance events including containment actions, material disposition, drive corrective and improvement actions.  

• Acquire auditing skills such as VDA 6.3 and 8D problem solving methodology 

• Support Safe Launch activities for new product introductions (NPI) to ensure quality during production ramp. 

• Learn and Manage Change Control. 

• Work on continuous improvement projects. 

What We're Looking For

• Undergraduate in Materials Science or Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field 

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills 

• Ability to work independently and show initiative 

• Demonstrate leadership quality  

• Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, ISO standards, DMAIC, 5S, semi-conductor manufacturing process, and AI application experience is an advantage.
