Supplier Compliance Senior Engineer

ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of supplier compliance programs to ensure adherence to global regulatory, customer, and corporate requirements across the supply chain. Serve as the subject matter expert for supply chain compliance, driving supplier engagement, compliance assessments, risk management, and regulatory due diligence activities. Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks, strengthen governance processes, and support the implementation of current and emerging regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in enhancing supply chain compliance readiness, improving operational efficiency, and enabling sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global supplier compliance programs and regulatory initiatives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for supply chain compliance requirements and emerging regulations.
- Manage supplier declarations, compliance assessments, and due diligence activities.
- Identify compliance risks and drive mitigation actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Legal teams to ensure compliance readiness.
- Develop and improve compliance processes, governance, reporting, and digital solutions.
- Support regulatory compliance, business continuity, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supplier compliance, regulatory affairs, product compliance, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of regulations such as RoHS, REACH, ESG, Conflict Minerals, PFAS, EUDR, or similar requirements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive compliance initiatives with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
