Lead the development and implementation of an AI-enabled Supplier Compliance Management System to transform supplier compliance processes through automation, digitalization, and data-driven insights. This role drives strategic initiatives to improve supplier compliance visibility, streamline regulatory compliance activities, strengthen audit readiness, and proactively manage compliance risks across the global supply chain. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the successful candidate will deliver scalable digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, support evolving regulatory requirements, and enable informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of an AI-enabled Supplier Compliance Management System.
• Drive automation of supplier compliance processes, including communications, surveys, declarations, and document reviews.
• Develop compliance dashboards and analytics to provide visibility into supplier compliance status, risks, and performance.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Procurement, IT, and Supply Chain teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor compliance data, identify risks and trends, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance management and audit readiness.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supplier compliance, regulatory compliance, supply chain management, digital solutions, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation, automation, or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, dashboarding tools, process improvement, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
