Structural Revit Designer

Description

Support the design and construction of new industrial and manufacturing facilities, as well as renovations to existing ones, across the U.S.—including Terafab and Tesla data centers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of accurate LOD 300 structural models for use with Construction Documents (including project notes, foundation and framing plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules)
• Coordinate structural modeling and assist with utility routing across Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Piping/Plumbing, Network, Architecture, and Fire Protection
• Collaborate with the BIM/CAD support team using Navisworks, Revizto, and 3D laser-scanned point clouds for routing and clash detection
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and work additional hours when needed to deliver quality results

Requirements

• 4+ years in a Structural Designer role supporting large-scale buildings and/or industrial projects
• 2+ years using Revit to model structural buildings
• Experience with Navisworks, Revizto, or similar multi-discipline clash-detection platforms
• Experience with AutoCAD drawing design
• Experience producing LOD 300 drawing packages
