The Lenovo Global Future Leaders Program is a highly selective program designed to develop Lenovo's next generation of business and technology leaders. Created for exceptional graduates, the program provides accelerated development opportunities for individuals ready to grow their careers and make an impact at one of the world's leading technology companies.

Role Overview

In this role, you will report directly to Lenovo PCCW Solutions (LPS) Chief Operating Officer and work closely with senior leadership to translate corporate strategy into seamless business operations and elevate execution across the organization. As part of our team, you will participate in key executive meetings, assist with management reporting, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will help organize cross-functional workshops to promote operational excellence and rotate through different departments to gain broad business insights while supporting high-impact strategic projects.

Detailed responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality presentation materials, dashboards, and reports for senior management and executive meetings. 
  • Perform data analysis and generate insights to address business questions and support strategic decision-making. 
  • Participate in executive management meetings and systematically track and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution. 
  • Identify operational opportunities to streamline workflows, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, organize workshops, and deliver operational solutions. 

Requirements/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technology-related discipline from a top tier institution, with Second Class Honors Upper Division or above. Candidates should demonstrate a strong balance of business acumen and technology expertise. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and ideally in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. 
  • Excellent written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to communicate effectively with local and regional teams. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills/Like to Have

  • Prior internship or early career experience in business operations, data analytics, or management consulting. 
  • Knowledge of workflow automation, process mapping, and operational excellence methodologies. 
  • Strong mobility mindset, adaptability to change, and demonstrated leadership potential. 

GLF Program Requirements

  • Currently completing or recently completed a degree from an accredited university (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, internship, or community involvement
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across global teams
  • Ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity, and execute with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to travel as needed (approximately 10-20%)

Hong Kong GFL Timelines
