The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As the central Strategy and Operations team, you will drive strategy, operations, and business insights across Knowledge and Information (K&I) Product Business Development (BD) and the broader Partnerships organization. You will work cross-functionally to establish strategic Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), identify growth levers, and deliver operational excellence through analytics, insights and scalable tooling.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $186000 - $269000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Own cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines and key deliverables are met across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
  • Drive operational excellence for the Knowledge & Information Partnerships (K&IP) organization through management of key business operations processes, including strategic planning, OKR setting and tracking, leadership agendas, and business cadences.
  • Develop programs and processes to solve business operations challenges, and influence cross-functional teams and leadership to bring them to life.
  • Create written communications and presentations with messages effectively tailored to different audience levels.
  • Communicate actionable insights to senior leadership by preparing and delivering executive-ready materials.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree.
  • Experience in a Chief of Staff team, Business Operations, or similar strategic office, partnering closely with senior executive leaders.
  • Proven track record of leading complex strategy initiatives and defining structured solutions to highly ambiguous business problems.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools and modern software to automate workflows, scale operating cadences, and improve team efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated track record of deriving actionable insights from business performance metrics, data trends, and KPI reporting.
