What you’ll do
- Build and grow long-term partnerships by deeply understanding the business drivers and strategies that matter most to our strategic customers.
- Navigate ambiguity and internal complexity to unlock new use cases and expansion opportunities for clients across the global Uber platform.
- Lead complex project management for platform implementations, ensuring high accuracy and communication standards even when timelines are tight.
- Collaborate across operations, product, and legal teams to resolve blockers and shape solutions that scale across multiple global regions.
- Manage pipelines and account growth with discipline, staying resilient through tough negotiations and the inevitable "no."
- Communicate clearly and influence without authority to align executive stakeholders on a shared vision for long-term success.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B experience in a quota-carrying role as an Account Manager or Account Executive.
- Experience with growing revenue from enterprise accounts with existing revenue.
- Proficiency in data-driven relationship management.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise business relationships ($500M-$2B in revenue).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Consulting, Technology, or Financial Services industries.
- Ability to demonstrate systems thinking while navigating complex, global accounts across multiple time zones.
- Proven success in initiating and developing ecosystem relationships that drive measurable financial results.
- Experience partnering with and presenting to C-level executives in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a focus on resolving differences to achieve shared goals.
