What is it?
STEM Aspire is a mentoring program designed to inspire and empower students who are pursuing STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) - including emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence - to complete their studies and thrive in impactful technology careers.
By providing mentorship, skills development, and an accessible, supportive space where everyone can grow, STEM Aspire helps bridge the gap between academic learning and professional success. The program’s flexible framework can be adapted to the unique needs of each country, creating a localized approach that fosters innovation, collaboration, and opportunity for all.
The program will run from November 2026 to January 2027, all events are mandatory for program completion.
Qualifications
How do I apply?

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a call to answer a few questions, giving you the opportunity to tell us more about yourself, your interests, your academic background, and what motivates you to join the program.
• Your name, university, and major.
• The area of technology you are most interested in.
• Why you are interested in participating in a mentoring program with Dell Technologies.
What is expected from you?
• Participate in all events and mentorship sessions (onsite and online) throughout the duration of the program.
• Dedicate no more than 4-5 hours per month to program activities.
If you are selected to participate in the mentorship program, you will receive a separate communication with further details on the next steps and the structure of the program.

Do I qualify?
You qualify if you are 3rd or 4th year student, currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a degree in STEM.
