Job Summary
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver Kaseya’s unified Cyber Resilience platform, powered by Kaseya Intelligence and supporting more than three exabytes of customer data. This role owns the platform strategy, roadmap, and convergence of multiple products onto a shared foundation across cloud and on-premises environments. You will work closely with customers, Engineering, Security, Data, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities and measurable cyber resilience outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the unified Cyber Resilience platform
- Lead the convergence of multiple products onto shared platform services while maintaining reliability and customer continuity
- Define platform capabilities and customer experiences that support cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Gather input from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders and translate it into prioritized product requirements
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Data teams to define technical approaches, dependencies, and delivery plans
- Make product trade-offs based on customer value, business impact, technical risk, and available resources
- Coordinate product launches, migrations, and adoption plans with Product Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success
- Define and monitor success metrics for platform adoption, usage, reliability, and customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software product management experience, including ownership of a technical platform, infrastructure product, or enterprise software offering
- Experience leading the migration or consolidation of multiple products onto shared platform services
- Experience owning a product from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, launch, and post-launch measurement
- Experience partnering with engineering teams on architecture decisions, technical trade-offs, and detailed product requirements
- Experience defining product metrics and using customer, usage, or operational data to guide roadmap decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data protection, backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, or cyber resilience products
- Experience delivering products across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments
- Familiarity with enterprise security, privacy, governance, or compliance requirements
- Experience with shared platform capabilities such as identity, authorization, data services, auditability, or policy management
- Experience delivering AI or machine learning capabilities within enterprise products or large-scale data platforms
- Experience building products sold through Managed Service Providers, channel partners, or other indirect sales models
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
