Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Be responsible for the joint development of power technologies in collaboration with the technology development group including the lead of technology ramp-up after production release
  • Develop and optimize process integrations to enhance stability, reliability, and yield while reducing production costs
  • Identify root causes and define sustainable corrective actions in response to process deviations
  • Sustain volume production by bringing in know-how about process and equipment capabilities
  • Execute delivery decisions for production goods and utilize statistical methods for yield planning and enhancement
  • Analyze and interpret electrical characterizations for various power technologies from a product engineering perspective
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for production, quality management, the business unit, and backend manufacturing sites

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

  • A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Mathematics, or a comparable scientific field
  • A proven team player with an open-minded and proactive communication style
  • A structured and precise work style, characterized by a high level of accuracy and organization
  • Experience with methods and tools for statistical evaluation and data processing
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
