Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with RND, Development and within Process Integration team for new development, process improvement.
- Engage and/or lead cross-area organization teams for technology and/or product transfer.
- Interact and coordinate with manufacturing and process engineering team to resolve yield and quality issues.
- Work closely with module to optimize current process to improve manufacturability, yield and performance of products.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments and investigation split to improve fab process, yield, and quality.
- Ensuring development of the technology and/or products are qualified with high level of quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Master or PhD in Material, Electrical/Electronics, or related discipline.
- Equivalent experiences for 5-8 years in the similar field.
- Process integration knowledge with comprehensive knowledge on manufacturing process and device physics.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, and exposure of Backend and Reliability implications preferred.
- Understanding of statistical process controls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong reporting skills and statistical analysis.
- Willing to travel if business required.
