Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Development of wafer-level semiconductor transistor devices for automotive power technologies.
- Simulation and modeling of semiconductor devices using TCAD Sentaurus software
- Definition and design of test-chip structures for device characterization and validation
- Evaluation and measurement of test structures at wafer level using DC wafer probers and, when required, TLP measurement systems
- Definition and monitoring of reliability parameters to support ongoing manufacturing process control
- Analysis of device performance and reliability data to ensure compliance with automotive quality standards
- Collaboration with cross-functional and international teams across multiple locations to drive technology development and manufacturing excellence.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in semiconductor transistor/device development, preferably within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of semiconductor technologies, device characterization, and development processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical R&D environment
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- German language skills are preferred and considered an advantage
