Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD and MLOps pipelines for automated application and AI model deployments.
Manage cloud infrastructure and compute resources using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Implement end-to-end observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog to monitor system health.
Collaborate with development and AI/ML teams to containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Provision, configure, and manage core AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and EKS.
Scale and optimize containerized workloads using Amazon EKS, including cluster upgrades and node group tuning.
Configure and manage NGINX for ingress routing, reverse proxying, load balancing, and SSL/TLS termination.
Build custom dashboards, define SLOs/SLAs, and set up proactive alerting via PagerDuty and Datadog.
Support AI teams by providing self-service platform tools and optimizing GPU/TPU compute resources.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 to 6 years of proven experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related field.
BSc/B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is mandatory.
Extensive hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure and core cloud services.
Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and managing containerized workloads at scale.
Strong expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Deep understanding of observability, telemetry, and monitoring tools (Datadog, Open Telemetry, Grafana).
Excellent design, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in testing methodologies and developing unit, integration, system, and API tests.
Strong networking foundations, including TCP/IP, DNS, Network Protocols, and Routing.
Knowledge of security principles, risk management, threat modeling, and secure configuration.
Hands-on database usage experience and a solid understanding of data engineering concepts.
Demonstrated experience working within Agile development methodologies and practices.
Active Cloud Solution Architect Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Familiarity with the open-source community and a proactive drive for continuous self-learning.
