- Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD and MLOps pipelines for automated application and AI model deployments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and compute resources using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Implement end-to-end observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog to monitor system health.
- Collaborate with development and AI/ML teams to containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Provision, configure, and manage core AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and EKS.
- Scale and optimize containerized workloads using Amazon EKS, including cluster upgrades and node group tuning.
- Configure and manage NGINX for ingress routing, reverse proxying, load balancing, and SSL/TLS termination.
- Build custom dashboards, define SLOs/SLAs, and set up proactive alerting via PagerDuty and Datadog.
- Support AI teams by providing self-service platform tools and optimizing GPU/TPU compute resources.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of proven experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related field.
- BSc/B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is mandatory.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure and core cloud services.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and managing containerized workloads at scale.
- Strong expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Deep understanding of observability, telemetry, and monitoring tools (Datadog, Open Telemetry, Grafana).
- Excellent design, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in testing methodologies and developing unit, integration, system, and API tests.
- Strong networking foundations, including TCP/IP, DNS, Network Protocols, and Routing.
- Knowledge of security principles, risk management, threat modeling, and secure configuration.
- Hands-on database usage experience and a solid understanding of data engineering concepts.
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile development methodologies and practices.
- Active Cloud Solution Architect Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Familiarity with the open-source community and a proactive drive for continuous self-learning.
