Main Responsibilities 主要职责
• Be responsible for the quality of internal development tests and external type tests; arrange and conduct tests within the agreed timeframe, maintain complete test records, issue test reports on time, and archive them accordingly.
负责内部开发测试和外部型式试验的质量，在约定时间内安排并开展测试，完整记录测试过程，按时出具试验报告并归档。
• Support R&D engineers in analyzing test results and help improve them based on relevant testing experience.
支持研发工程师分析测试结果，并结合相关测试经验协助改进测试结果。
• Design test plans to meet product verification needs and objectives.
设计试验方案，以满足产品验证需求和目标。
• Strictly follow relevant procedures in accordance with ISO 17025 requirements to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
严格按照ISO 17025要求执行相关流程，确保数据准确且可追溯。
• Complete other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
完成直线经理分配的其他任务和职责。
Main Requirements 主要职位要求
• Master’s degree or above, preferably in an electrical-related major.
硕士及以上学历，电气相关专业优先。
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
具备流利的英语口语和书面表达能力。
• At least 3 years of testing experience in the power transmission and distribution field.
至少具备3年输配电领域试验工作经验。
• Familiar with standards related to medium-voltage products, such as GB/T 11022, GB/T 3906, and GB/T 1984.
熟悉中压产品相关标准，如GB/T 11022、GB/T 3906以及GB/T 1984等。
• Familiar with testing equipment for medium-voltage products, such as partial discharge equipment, temperature-rise systems, and mechanical characteristic testing equipment.
熟悉中压产品相关试验设备，如局部放电设备、温升系统和机械特性试验设备等。
• Possess test design capabilities and be able to design appropriate test methods for different product verification requirements.
具备试验设计能力，能够针对不同产品验证需求设计相应的试验方法。
• Familiar with production and laboratory safety requirements.
熟悉生产及实验室安全相关要求。
• Experience in laboratory setup is preferred.
有实验室搭建经验者优先。
• Familiarity with CNAS and related laboratory quality system requirements is preferred.
熟悉CNAS及相关实验室质量体系要求者优先。
• Able to adapt to short-term business trips.
能够适应短期出差。
• Familiar with generative AI and able to use it to improve work efficiency.
了解Gen AI的应用方法，并能够利用其提升工作效率。
• Able to work with international teams in a cross-cultural environment and adapt to different corporate cultures.
