Sr. TPM, Sustainability , WW Sustainability
Amazon's sustainability initiatives support environmental and social advancements that drive Amazon's long-term worldwide sustainability strategy. At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people.
The Worldwide Sustainability (WWS) organization capitalizes on Amazon's scale, speed, and ability to build, invent and simplify a more resilient and sustainable company. We manage our social and environmental impacts globally and drive solutions that enable our customers, businesses, and the world to become more sustainable.
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the continued growth and evolution of the Amazon Sustainability Exchange (sustainabilityexchange.amazon.com), Amazon's curated website connecting value chain partners with practical sustainability resources, decarbonization guidance, and carbon solutions. The Exchange is a live set of solutions with an established user base and active roadmap, but scaling it means solving real coordination problems.
You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, content, and business development, the connective tissue that keeps cross-functional programs on track. Day to day, that means owning sprint planning and release coordination, driving resolution of cross-team blockers including integrations with Amazon's core retail teams and the Carbon Credit Service, and preparing program status readouts for senior leadership. You will also drive ASX's commercial capabilities, coordinating across 9+ internal organizations to unlock new opportunities for our customers. You'll partner with software development managers, product leaders, sustainability subject matter experts, BD, and external partners. You're organized, technically fluent, and energized by the puzzle of keeping multiple moving parts aligned.
Key job responsibilities
Drive technical program execution across key ASX workstreams, including platform enhancements, content pipeline operations, and downstream integrations (e.g., Salesforce lead routing, Carbon Credit Service connections)
Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across engineering, product, and business teams; surface issues early and drive resolution
Create, maintain, and communicate program plans, milestones, and status updates to stakeholders including senior leadership
Track operational health metrics for the Exchange (web traffic, engagement, content coverage, integration performance) and drive continuous improvement
Partner with the SDM and product leaders to translate roadmap priorities into well-scoped technical requirements and delivery plans
Define and own the program management operating rhythm, including sprint ceremonies, dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting cadences
Proactively identify ambiguities in requirements or ownership and drive alignment across engineering, product, and business teams
Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
