Sr. Test Engineer
- To be the technical owner for the test program, and the local expert
- To drive and deliver all aspects of test improvement, including test cost reduction, test coverage improvement, test integral yield improvement, test flexibility improvement, test platform transfer, test efficiency improvement, etc.
- Responsible for debugging/root cause finding for customer return on ATE and production issues
- To understand the device behavior and functionality to be able to efficiently deliver debugging or test solution
- Work with Business Line for business creation and to deliver a high quality manufacturable product and test solution for meeting or exceeding the required time to market and product cost, as well as business fulfillment
- Work with product engineering to release test program/test hardware
- Responsible for test HW/SW change for test house transfer or new test platform conversion
