We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive high-visibility, cross-organizational initiatives at the intersection of AI and Finance. In this role, you will design and own the mechanisms for surfacing, reviewing, and driving alignment on AI transformation across Finance Global Business Services (FGBS), an SVP-level directive. You will translate complex technical AI initiatives into clear narratives for senior leadership, build relationships across multiple teams and organizations, and operate as the connective tissue between technical AI programs and Finance leadership. This is a role for someone who creates structure, communicates with precision, and thrives in ambiguity.
Key job responsibilities
- Design, build, and own the operating initiatives for AI transformation visibility across FGBS, including cadence, reporting structure, templates, and escalation paths
- Translate technical AI initiatives, terminology, and project status into concise, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences and senior executives
- Prepare and present updates to VP+ level leadership, driving crisp decisions and clear action items
- Build trusted relationships across multiple teams and leadership levels to drive alignment, remove blockers, and ensure stakeholders are informed
- Support operational management of the CFO Engagement program, including coordination, speaker preparation, and follow-through
- Identify risks, scope solutions, and proactively clear blockers before they become roadblocks
- Create and maintain program documentation, operating rhythms, and communication mechanisms

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 1+ years of experience working closely with AI/ML engineering teams with demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
