Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Support company’s strategic innovation and assist in designing and facilitating market outlook and business innovation forum for executives
- Conduct in-depth research on global emerging technology trends, shifting competitive landscapes and benchmarks, and generate insights on strategic implications and opportunities for innovation forum
- Connect with external institutions, investors and individual experts and form resource to support the forum insights generation as well as potential ecosystem partnerships
- Continuously monitor market movements and issue monthly emerging tech perspectives with strategic foresights
- Closely engage with business group teams and form thorough understanding of actual business situations
- Support the design and hosting of innovation hackathons, actively connect and collaborate with internal teams as well as external participants and stakeholders to form innovative idea pipeline
- Assist in additional research needed from the team
Job Requirements:
- Excellent logical thinking and data processing capabilities
- Ability to think strategically and generate insights with strategic implications
- Strong self-motivation and high willingness to connect and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Have an interest in the technology industry and strong curiosity
- Proficiency in English as a working language
- Education and/or work experience in Artificial Intelligence/Emerging technologies, PC, software, or the Internet industry
- 2-3 years of working experience; 2year+ experience in strategy consulting preferred
