We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager who will own the end-to-end onboarding experience that takes a new Amazon Freight Partner from offer acceptance to their first load on the road. This role coordinates across multiple internal, external vendors, and acts as a primary POC for onboarding partners to ensure partners are fully compliant, operationally ready, and confident before they begin the execution of hauling AFP freight.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the onboarding program design to define the partner journey from offer acceptance to first load, ensuring every step is sequenced, communicated, and achievable
- Architect the cross-functional coordination model that ensures internal teams and external vendors know what to deliver, and with clear escalation paths when timelines slip
- Lead resolution of complex blockers, particularly where regulatory, vendor, or policy dependencies create ambiguity
- Continuously improve the program based on performance data to identify where partners stall, compress timelines, and redesign for scale
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build technology that reduces manual effort and enables partners to self-navigate their activation journey
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with and managing third party vendors, or experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites
- MBA, or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- Experience navigating regulatory or compliance environments with external dependencies
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance workflows, or customer experiences
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management industries

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
