Sr Product Manager - Growth
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to launch new capabilities, features, and experiments to grow our subscriber base. This is a high-ownership role that owns a core part of the commercial funnel end to end - how customers discover, convert, activate, and stay subscribed - and turns that ownership into measurable revenue. You'll set the strategy for your area, build the roadmap, deliver new innovative capabilities and experiences, and own the number.
This is the right role for someone who thinks in hypotheses, obsesses over the consumer, and is motivated by key business outcomes - fluent in the economics of subscriptions (conversion, LTV, ARPU, churn, CAC payback) and just as comfortable designing an A/B test as reading its results. You thrive in ambiguity and can independently drive initiatives from concept through launch and optimization, balancing growth objectives against customer trust, usability, and long-term retention. You'll use AI to work faster and sharper, and partner closely with product, design, marketing, payments, and data to turn a backlog of purchase, offers, and lifecycle bets into compounding growth.
Position DetailsWhat You'll Own
- The growth flywheel: the conversion, monetization, and retention experiences, with clear, quantified quarterly targets.
- Frictionless, trusted purchase flows across web, mobile and desktop apps, and the conversion rate it drives at an efficient scale. Partner with Payments, Compliance, and Risk to protect customers and the business without adding friction that costs conversion.
- The experimentation backlog: the hypotheses, test designs, and delivery cadence that drive measurable lift, and the winning tests you scale into durable product capabilities.
- Global and localized commerce: localized payment methods and multi-currency and cultural experiences that expand international growth.
- Pricing, offer, and packaging capabilities: to enhance our value to our subscribers at each stage in their lifecycle - and their impact on ARPU, take-rate, and LTV.
- Retention and lifecycle interventions: personalized membership messaging, renewal, and win-back bets that improve the retention curve and reduce churn.
- Your metrics that matter: subscriber lifecycle KPIs from acquisition to monetization and retention.
What You'll Do
- Deliver on our growth strategy by translating it into a prioritized roadmap with measurable quarterly goals.
- Run a rigorous experimentation program: form hypotheses, define success metrics and A/B tests with statistical rigor, and continually launch with high vleocity that spans quick micro-tests through full-funnel redesigns.
- Optimize the cart and checkout flow to maximize CVR and reduce friction across markets and devices - including streamlined purchase flows, monetization, and retention offers - all maintaining a high degree of compliance and security.
- Expand our global reach: launch localized payment methods and multi-currency experiences to grow acquisition and renewals in new markets.
- Design and run pricing, offer, and bundling tests that grow ARPU and take-rate without eroding retention.
- Drive retention and LTV through data-informed lifecycle interventions, in partnership with marketing and retention.
- Uncover and evaluate new opportunities for growth: build business cases and opportunity sizing, leveraging AI and strong evaluation criteria. Define metrics, stand up telemetry, and partner with Analytics to track conversion, acquisition, and churn, aligning your roadmap to business KPIs.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, payments, data, and finance to ensure we build high-impact features.
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in growth, monetization, or eCommerce.
- A track record launching features and experiments that improved acquisition, conversion, activation, or retention.
- Fluency in subscription or D2C economics and metrics: conversion, LTV, ARPU, churn/retention cohorts, CAC payback.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, discovery, and analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort partnering closely with data and engineering.
- Excellent communicator who can set direction for an area, align stakeholders, and hold a program accountable to outcomes.
