The Team
North America Business Operations partners with the sales organization to improve execution, adoption, and productivity across the field. We work across sales operations, enablement, analytics, tools, communications, and program management to turn complex business priorities into practical, scalable solutions.
Our team leads enterprise programs that require strong change management, cross-functional coordination, and a clear understanding of how sellers and leaders work. We also help identify where AI can simplify workflows, improve decision-making, and create better experiences for the field.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a senior individual contributor to lead change management and adoption for major North America sales rollouts. This role will translate complex programs, tools, and AI initiatives into clear, practical experiences for sellers and leaders, while building the communication, enablement, and reinforcement strategies needed to drive sustained adoption.
The role will work directly with cross-functional partners to align enterprise initiatives with North America execution. It will also partner with sales and operations leaders to identify gaps in workflows, enablement, and AI adoption and help develop scalable solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- Significant experience leading change management, program management, sales enablement, business operations, or related enterprise initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sales workflows and the ability to translate enterprise programs into practical field execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional work independently and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and tailor messages for sellers, managers, and executives.
• Experience developing adoption, enablement, communication, and reinforcement strategies for new tools, processes, or ways of working.
• Strong business judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and driving decisions forward.
• Working knowledge of AI and automation, with the ability to identify practical use cases and partner with leaders on adoption opportunities.
• A collaborative, consultative approach with the ability to build trust across teams and turn stakeholder needs into scalable solutions.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise change management and adoption strategies for large-scale North America sales programs, tools, and process rollouts.
- Translate complex initiatives into clear seller and leader experiences, including communication, enablement, launch, and reinforcement plans.
- Partner directly with cross-functional teams across Product, Revenue Enablement Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Operations, and global organizations to align strategy and execution.
- Work with sales and operations leaders to identify workflow, enablement, and adoption gaps, including opportunities to use AI to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Build practical change plans that connect business objectives to field behaviors, readiness, adoption measures, and sustained execution.
- Use seller feedback, adoption data, and business insights to identify friction, course-correct programs, and improve rollout effectiveness.
- Lead complex work across organizational boundaries through influence, strong stakeholder management, and independent judgment.
- Create executive-ready updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and recommendations.
- Develop reusable change management approaches, playbooks, and best practices that can scale across North America Sales.
