Senior Manager, Digital Sales Tools & Insights

North America ISO Sales Enablement

The North America ISO Sales Enablement Team is seeking a highly strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Senior Manager, Digital Sales Tools & Insights to lead the vision, execution, and continuous evolution of the organization's digital sales tooling ecosystem especially by leveraging AI to boost productivity. This leader will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives, optimizing seller productivity, and delivering actionable business insights that accelerate sales performance across North America.

 

The Senior Manager will oversee a portfolio of critical sales platforms and technologies, including but not limited to Aviso, Sales Sphere, Lenovo Enterprise Pro, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Lenovo Business Platform (LBP), and Opportunity Visibility Platform (OVP). Leading a team of project managers and transformation specialists, this individual will establish strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence for tooling initiatives that support North America growth objectives and transformation priorities.

This role requires a highly collaborative leader who can operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels, influencing stakeholders across North America and Worldwide organizations, including Sales, Operations, Digital Transformation, Enablement, and Executive Leadership teams.

 

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in AI, business intelligence, analytics, digital transformation, leadership, and change management. They will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving adoption of technology solutions, shaping future-state tooling strategy, and delivering measurable business outcomes across the sales organization.

 

The Senior Manager provides strategic and technical leadership in the areas of digital sales platforms, operational insights, and transformation initiatives. This position is accountable for defining and executing the North America digital sales tooling roadmap, ensuring alignment with regional priorities while influencing global platform direction. Through strong governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration, the role ensures that technology investments deliver scalable business value and enhanced seller experiences.

 

As the leader of the Digital Sales Tools & Insights function, this role carries full people management responsibility, including organizational planning, talent development, performance management, budget oversight, resource allocation, and long-term capability building.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the North America Digital Sales Tools & Insights strategy, aligning platform investments and transformation initiatives with business priorities, sales objectives, and organizational KPIs.
  • Build awareness and adoption for critical sales platforms, including Aviso, Sales Sphere, Lenovo Enterprise Pro, D365, LBP, OVP, and future digital enablement technologies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers and Transformation Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary strategic interface between North America business stakeholders and Worldwide teams, including ISO HQ, Digital Transformation, Operations, and LXG organizations.
  • Drive governance, prioritization, and execution of tooling enhancements, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value and improve seller effectiveness.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and business intelligence to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Influence and shape global product roadmaps by advocating for North America business requirements, market dynamics, and user experience needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including business requirements, scope management, testing, deployment, training, change management, adoption tracking, and post-implementation support.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks, executive dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to evaluate adoption, effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.
  • Champion organizational change management strategies that drive user adoption and maximize value realization from digital transformations.
  • Build strong relationships across Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Represent North America in global forums, steering committees, and executive reviews, serving as a thought leader and advocate for regional priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce operational complexity, and enhance the overall seller experience through technology and automation.
 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Business Transformation, Digital Enablement, Program Management, Business Intelligence, or related functions.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers, project managers, or cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and enterprise technology implementations.
  • Strong expertise in sales operations, CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, and analytics-driven decision making.
  • Experience extracting value and enhancing scale leveraging AI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA, MS Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and organizational planning processes.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global business environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology organizations or B2B sales organizations.
  • Advanced experience with sales platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Gong, Outreach, Aviso, or equivalent enterprise solutions.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP), Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or related disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue operations methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing governance frameworks and operating models for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working within global technology or multinational organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization, business intelligence, and executive reporting.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in seller productivity, tool adoption, operational efficiency, and business performance.
