Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Take charge of end-to-end service parts demand and supply planning for the LATAM region, serve as the dedicated planning focal point to guarantee the normal and orderly progress of regional planning work.

2. Conduct daily inventory management and E&O (Excess and Obsolete) inventory control for LATAM service parts, standardize inventory operation processes, and reduce unreasonable inventory losses.

3. Collaborate cross-functionally with GEO service delivery, procurement, logistics and repair teams in the LATAM region, efficiently coordinate various business links, and ensure smooth business docking.

4. Continuously monitor regional market demand fluctuations, procurement execution progress and overall inventory health status, grasp dynamic changes of regional business operations in real time.

5. Make timely and accurate planning decisions, reasonably balance enterprise inventory investment costs and service fulfillment performance, and realize optimal allocation of regional inventory resources.

Job Requirements:

1. Capable of independently undertaking the overall planning work of LATAM regional service parts, adapting to the operational complexity and dynamic development characteristics of the growing LATAM business market.

2. Possess professional sensitivity to regional demand changes, procurement execution and inventory status, able to conduct continuous tracking, analysis and judgment of business dynamics.

3. Have excellent cross-functional coordination capabilities, able to efficiently connect and cooperate with multiple business teams to solve operational and planning problems in a timely manner.

4. Be able to insist on data-driven and result-oriented work logic, effectively maintain regional business operational stability and core KPIs, and continuously promote inventory optimization work.
