We are seeking a talented, data-driven, and proven Senior Manager to lead the PMO function within the Rest of Asia Global Selling organization. This role owns the product, program, data intelligence, and sales operations initiatives serving Taiwan, South Korea, and SEA Sellers. The leader will manage a multi-disciplinary team comprising product managers, program managers, business intelligence engineers, and sales operations professionals, while working as a key partner to GS ROA market leaders to shape the Global Seller Experience — driving Seller growth and success through innovative productized services, AI-powered solutions, scalable programs, data-driven insights, and effective go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate combines strong product/program management expertise with a deep understanding of AI/GenAI technologies and their application to business operations. They should thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment serving multiple markets and time zones; demonstrate proficiency in both leveraging AI tools for operational excellence and developing AI-powered products that make Sellers and internal teams work more effectively; have proven experience influencing cross-org global stakeholders; and demonstrate strong people leadership capability to build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.

Key job responsibilities
Product Strategy & Program Management
  • Identify opportunities across the Global Selling Seller segments and lifecycle in ROA regions; build new products/services to accelerate Seller growth; define go-to-market strategy and drive product success.
  • Own the ROA product Strategy and roadmap across Seller journey, including Seller onboarding, Selection and Listing, Supply Chain, Compliance and Account health topics across global marketplaces.
  • Clearly define and communicate product requirements and Seller Experience pain points; gain alignment from internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Drive continuous product optimization based on Seller feedback, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Develop and implement scalable programs including Seller education, training content, and operational playbooks tailored to each ROA region.
  • Design effective approaches to support ROA Sellers' business growth on Amazon worldwide, including maximizing selection, driving feature adoption, monitoring account health, performance, and product quality.
AI Product Innovation & Management
  • Lead the identification and development of AI/GenAI-powered solutions to enhance Seller experience, optimize Seller recruitment, and improve account management efficiency across ROA region.
  • Drive AI product strategy and roadmap, identifying high-impact use cases and delivering solutions through collaboration with global and local teams.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and experimentation; pilot emerging AI technologies to drive Seller productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Translate business opportunities into technical requirements and articulate technical capabilities into tangible business value for stakeholders and leadership.
Business Operations & Data Intelligence
  • Oversee the business intelligence and sales operations functions, ensuring data-driven decision-making across all Seller-facing initiatives.
  • Build and scale the ROA data infrastructure — define KPIs, establish reporting frameworks, and deliver actionable insights on Seller performance, funnel health, and market trends.
  • Drive operational excellence through sales operations: optimize Seller lead management, pipeline tracking, territory assignment, and performance governance across Taiwan, South Korea, and SEA.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify growth opportunities, diagnose Seller pain points, and inform product/program prioritization.
  • Develop regular business review cadences with standardized metrics and automated reporting to enable leadership visibility into ROA performance.
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuously improve operational processes to achieve higher productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a key partner to GS ROA region leaders based in Taiwan, South Korea, and SEA, understanding local dynamics and aligning PMO priorities with market business objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships and trust with global stakeholders, including Amazon marketplace teams, global product teams, tech teams, and business partners.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between central product teams, technical teams, business stakeholders, marketing, legal, tax, Seller performance, and Seller support.
  • Partner with CN GS PMO peers to share best practices, align product strategies, and ensure consistency in Seller experience across Global Selling.
  • Drive effective communication of product strategy, roadmap, and impact analysis to senior leadership.
  • Provide inputs to the Global Selling ROA Seller funnel strategy; establish connections with Amazon global marketplaces' product and program teams to support product localization and launches.
Team Leadership & People Development
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of product managers, program managers, business intelligence engineers, and sales operations professionals serving Global Selling teams based in Taiwan, South Korea, and SEA.
  • Set team vision, priorities, and operating rhythms; establish clear goals and performance expectations aligned with business objectives.
  • Build a high-performing team culture; hire, coach, and grow talent across multiple functions.
  • Foster AI fluency and data literacy across the team; upskill team members on leveraging AI tools for productivity and innovation.
  • Contribute to organizational planning, workforce strategy, and talent pipeline development.
Market Operations & Seller Growth
  • Analyze opportunities and recommend account management strategies and business plans to grow selection from ROA Sellers.
  • Drive Seller success as measured by lead generation, feature adoption, account health, performance, year-over-year growth, and profitability.
  • Manage key operational metrics for supporting Sellers across the registration, onboarding, and growth lifecycle.
  • Navigate through ambiguities; be fungible to support critical initiatives across markets.
  • Participate in business reviews with Senior Leadership Team and make recommendations to develop mid/long-term plans for ROA markets.

Basic Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/GenAI tools and data analytics to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions and deliver projects under tight deadlines
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related field. MBA is a Plus.
  • Superior analytical skills; demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
  • Successful track record in team management, hiring and people development
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, end-to-end product delivery, and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
  • Experience with AI/ML product development, including defining AI use cases, partnering with technical teams on model development, and driving AI-powered business solutions to production
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce business
  • Strong understanding of GenAI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows) and their practical application to business operations and Seller experience
  • Experience working in a global company with multiple stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific region
  • Experience with supporting nascent products/services entering new markets
