Job Overview:
We are seeking an AI Transformation Manager to lead the design and execution of our enterprise AI/automation strategy, partnering with business units to identify, pilot, and scale AI-driven process improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization’s AI transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, prioritize, and evaluate AI use cases that improve operational efficiency and business value.
- Lead cross-functional AI initiatives from ideation through implementation and adoption.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into AI solutions.
- Create and maintain the AI roadmap, including project prioritization, milestones, and success metrics.
- Coordinate with IT, Data, Security, Legal, and business teams to ensure successful AI deployment.
- Manage AI vendors, technology partners, and solution evaluations.
- Drive organizational change management and user adoption through communication, training, and enablement.
- Establish AI governance, including responsible AI practices, risk management, and compliance.
- Monitor AI project performance, measure ROI, and continuously optimize AI solutions.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Promote an AI-driven culture by educating employees and encouraging innovation.
- Develop and manage the enterprise AI/LLM transformation strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading digital transformation, AI, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience planning or executing RPA, LLM, or generative AI projects.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
- Experience with change management and business process improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent business communication skills (English required; Korean a plus).

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Pay within the provided range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience. Pay Range
$160,000-$210,000 USD
