Description and Requirements

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:

AI & Digital Transformation

• Identify and drive AI-enabled transformation opportunities across PD business processes.
• Assess AI use cases and define business requirements, operating models, and adoption strategies.
• Conduct process, data, and knowledge readiness assessments to support AI solution deployment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.

Business Process & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end business process analysis, redesign, and optimization initiatives.
• Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among business, DT, and IT stakeholders.

Product Data & Governance

• Support Product Master Data governance and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Establish data standards, governance processes, and business ownership models.
• Improve data readiness and accessibility for AI and analytics applications.

Program Leadership

• Lead complex transformation projects from planning through deployment.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop executive-level updates, business cases, and transformation recommendations.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Process Design, Product Development, Data Management, or Program Management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or related domains preferred.
