Sr. Consumer insights manager, XCM, XCM Insights
This role requires an individual with excellent data insights, writing skills and experience managing suppliers. A successful candidate will have the ability to work with vendors, data sheets, and ensure mechanisms provide robust, trendable data that can be used for marketing campaign measurement. The candidate will have passion for the Amazon and Prime brands, be comfortable with data and analytics, be self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and driven by a desire to be the voice of our customers to leadership.

Key job responsibilities
Day-to-day scope:
- Migrate custom RBT Pulse survey (snapshot tracking in 2 locales) to continuous (daily) tracking
- Design work plans with vendors and internal engineering teams to onboard data
- Run basic statistical analysis (i.e. stat testing, diff-on-diff) on results to identify differences
- Write initial drafts of reports
- Support ad-hoc requests re: brand performance
- Survey management
- Product management experience
- Vendor management experience
- Significant experience in brand tracker management covering multiple countries.
- Experience authoring research reports
- Basic understanding of statistics (i.e., correlations, statistical testing)
- Advanced Office skills (Excel, Word and PPT)
- Experience in research across countries
- Advanced understanding of statistics (i.e., regressions, modelling)
- Amazon Quick platform

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
