This is an exciting time to join Texas Instruments in Lehi, Utah. As TI expands its manufacturing footprint, the LFAB2 fab project is a critical part of our long-term growth roadmap and competitive advantage. We are in the early phases of building construction and MERFEI installation, creating unique opportunities to help shape a major factory project from the ground up.  We are looking for motivated, capable individuals who want to work on a fast-paced, high-impact project and help deliver a world-class manufacturing environment.

As an Sr. Construction Manager, you will own specific construction areas within the factory and drive successful delivery of MERFEI systems from construction through commissioning. In this role, you will manage subcontractors, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project objectives.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Own execution for assigned construction areas within the factory
  • Coordinate and drive delivery of MERFEI systems from construction through commissioning
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure all area requirements are executed effectively
  • Deliver results that meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including suppliers, Design & Engineering, Project Management Office, Fab Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Identify issues, assess risk, and drive corrective and preventive actions to keep execution on track
  • Advance multiple activities concurrently in a fast-paced construction environment

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related degree/field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience supporting facilities and/or project teams

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of fab non-process and process systems
  • Experience supporting semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or large-scale industrial construction projects
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors across complex construction scopes
  • Familiarity with commissioning and startup activities
  • Experience with construction planning, scheduling, progress-tracking tools, or related technologies such as BIM, generative scheduling, and automated progress tracking
  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, and drive results with urgency and ownership
