As Senior Category Manager Watches, you will take end-to-end ownership of one or more key categories, with accountability for their performance and development. You will define the category strategy, set priorities, and lead initiatives that directly impact business results.

You will collaborate closely with seller-facing teams and partners across Product, Marketing, Finance, and other functions. Working with colleagues across regions, you will combine data-driven problem-solving with ownership of key commercial priorities to find opportunities and turn them into measurable outcomes.

What you will accomplish:

  • Own the end-to-end performance of your category, including GMB, assortment quality, competitive positioning, and overall business results.
  • Develop and evolve the category strategy using market trends, buyer behavior, seller insights, and performance data.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities and lead their execution across teams and regions.
  • Use data and market analysis to understand performance drivers, test assumptions, and inform the strategic direction of the category.
  • Shape the seller strategy in partnership with Account Management, including engaging directly with top sellers and participating in relevant industry events and trade shows.
  • Partner with seller-facing teams and cross-functional colleagues across Product, Marketing, and Finance to align priorities, unlock growth opportunities, and address barriers to performance.

What you will bring:

  • A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification and at least 5 years of relevant experience in Category Management, e-commerce, or a commercial role.
  • Experience building and growing a category or business area with measurable commercial impact.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear actions and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience collaborating across functions and managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain a strong focus on execution.
  • A passion for watches, particularly luxury watches, and excellent German and English language skills.
