Description and Requirements

Job Overview:

Being responsible for business development work of Cockpit and Autonomous Driving compute product lines, with holistic market understanding, strategic thinking and flexible execution.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Deep-dive in Vehicle compute Industry, proactively analyzing market trends and competition situation to build a holistic understanding of the target market
     * Build/enhance interactive relationship with key customers and keep collecting market needs, from platform to platform, from model to model
     * Mapping our own product lines to customer requirement and build approaching strategy to promote Cockpit and Autonomous Driving compute products
     * Lead business negotiation with customer, from engagement to business award and execution to product end of life
     * Work closely with operation team to meet schedule, cost and quality metrics, to drive customer satisfaction and achieve target revenue and operating profit
     * New customer development, regular customer care and contact. 
     * Collect customer requirements, feedback to product management & R&D teams
     * Work on issues within the spectrum of planning, budgeting, implementing and maintaining cost methods and employees.

Qualifications:

* Education level: Bachelor or above degree in science and engineering.
     * Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of sales or business development experience, of which minimum of 5 years in Automotive Tier-1 company experience is required.
     * Proven track record of successful sales for Automotive electronics products
     * Specific skills: Skilled of MS office tools, good at data analysis
     * Language: good English writing and acceptable English speaking
     * Personal characteristics: ideal candidate must be self-motivated, being comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere, and relentless attitude of driving success
     * Strong presentation and negotiation skills
     * Communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFQs and reports
