Your Job
- Overall responsible for Facility plant operations for respective Fabs
- To lead, liaise, assist and coordinate with all FMS staff and ensure that issues/complaints are attended and responded timely. Respective Fab FMS staff shall update on any issues faced by them for any guidance or manpower/logistics requirements during the shift.
- To ensure optimum usage of manpower, logistic/resources for respective Fabs
- To ensure incident escalation procedures are followed up correctly. To escalate Fab impact incidents to Facilities key personnel. And also to help respective Fab FMS on incident investigation.
- To highlight and represent all Fab operational issues in daily pass down meeting and follow-up the issues with respective System Engineers.
- To work as an ERT member and ensure that Plant Emergency Response Procedures are followed all the time.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree course ( Mechanical / Electrical & Controls / Chemical Engineering
- At least 3 years of work experience on M & E or UPW system
- Hands-on working skills on M&E or UPW system e.g. troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Team Player
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
