Description and Requirements

This role supports the planning, maintenance, and tracking of the Marketing Budget. Ensures that all resources are aligned to the current ISO Business and Marketing Plan.

As part of this role,  is expected to support:

  • Regular spend tracking with ISO Marketing segments and leads.
  • Ensure full utilization of gross funds, avoiding under- or over-utilization.
  • Regular alignment meetings with NA Alliances to ensure budget allocations, plans, and activities are on track and follow Alliance Partner guidelines.
  • Support, if needed, operational activities including but not limited to on-time vendor payments and procurement processes.
  • Be involved in day-to-day marketing activities to understand how teams operate and provide advice and recommendations when needed.
  • Help ensure that marketing governance requirements are followed when using funds.
  • Regular alignment meetings with the POE team to track the claiming and reimbursement process.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Marketing and/or Product experience within an IT or technology company.
  • Relevant experience working with or supporting Marketing Segment teams is a plus.
  • Budget management experience is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as the role will be part of the North America Marketing team.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers and partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple topics and projects simultaneously.
  • Alliance budget management experience is a plus.
  • Consumer and Commercial product knowledge is a plus.
