As a Senior Account Manager for Global Delivery Partnerships, you will lead the end-to-end management of one of Uber’s largest and most complex global restaurant relationships. What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for a top-tier global enterprise account, navigating internal complexity and shifting priorities to exceed revenue and growth goals.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, earning trust through reliability and deep subject-matter expertise.
- Develop and execute multi-channel business plans that align operational, marketing, and product levers to drive measurable impact on revenue and customer experience.
- Partner cross-functionally across Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product to drive joint innovation and solve complex, real-world delivery challenges.
- Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations and strategic initiatives, balancing partner needs with Uber's platform goals to define sustainable, long-term success.
- Navigate difficult partner conversations and internal roadblocks, acting as the voice of the customer while driving team performance and morale.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, partnerships, or business development.
- Proven track record of managing and influencing C-suite or VP-level partnerships in large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with a history of defining and executing complex commercial contracts.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or pods to achieve high-impact business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food delivery, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or multi-unit retail industries.
- Deep understanding of Delivery-as-a-Service (1P) and marketplace (3P) models.
- Demonstrated success leading performance marketing initiatives and joint business planning.
- Expert proficiency in using data and insights to quantify commercial opportunities and influence decision-makers.
Responsibilities
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $191,429 - USD $212,857. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $134,000 per year - USD $149,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $57,429 - USD $63,857.
For New York City, NY-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $212,857 - USD $237,143. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $149,000 per year - USD $166,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $63,857 - USD $71,143.
The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
An equity award and other forms of compensation may be included in the offer. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
