About the role and team

About the Role As a Strategic Enterprise Partner Manager for our Restaurant team, you will manage the success of Uber's largest and most complex advertising partnerships. This role demands strategic ownership as much as day-to-day execution, you'll shape how we approach our biggest partnerships, not simply execute against a fixed plan. You'll serve as the day-to-day face of Uber Ads, managing a range of relationships that span from core marketing and media stakeholders up to Director- and C-suite-level executives, turning massive amounts of delivery data into high-impact, creative narratives that move the needle for their business.

The work is high-stakes and fast-moving. You will need to navigate internal complexity and build long-term partnerships in a rapidly changing environment. We are looking for an innovative, naturally curious self-starter who can bridge the gap between technical data and human storytelling to drive mutual growth. If you are energized by ambiguity and motivated by seeing your strategies shape how the world moves, this is where you'll grow.

What you’ll do

  • Build and Scale Partnerships: Navigate the ambiguity of Uber's largest accounts to unlock long-term value, moving beyond transactional sales to become a trusted strategic advisor for senior-level decision makers.
  • Anticipate, Don't Just React: Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and unasked questions before partners have to raise them, staying ahead of the conversation rather than behind it.
  • Drive Data-Driven Narratives: Use a data-first approach to manage your book of business, translating performance metrics into quantifiable stories that align every recommendation with the partner's specific business objectives and goals.
  • Pitch Innovative Ideas: Combine deep platform knowledge with creative storytelling to present complex Ads solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Advocacy: Serve as a trusted, go-to partner across Product, Ops, Delivery, and Marketing, collaborating to influence the product roadmap and acting as the voice of your partners to improve outcomes for the broader enterprise restaurant vertical.
  • Defend and Grow the Business: Own account health end-to-end, protecting existing revenue from risk and churn while identifying and closing incremental growth opportunities, and troubleshooting issues when the stakes are high.

Basic qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management or consultative sales within the advertising/media industry.
  • Experience managing and influencing relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate technical performance metrics into actionable business strategies.
  • Proven track record both defending/retaining and growing an existing book of enterprise business.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in the technology or restaurant vertical, specifically managing complex enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to think in systems and solve problems that don't come with a predefined script.
  • A track record of using creative storytelling to secure stakeholder support for high-impact initiatives.
  • Resilient mindset with a proven ability to adapt quickly to shifting market dynamics and internal priorities.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of driving alignment across Product, Ops, and Marketing.
