Specialist Material Declaration
This role is responsible for managing and maintaining material-related environmental compliance documentation from suppliers. The incumbent will review, validate, store, and release supplier documents, support material master data updates, and collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company requirements.

Key responsibilities in your new role
- Collection, review, release and quality gate of supplier documents concerning material related environmental compliance.
- Storage of material related documentation.
- Initiation and monitoring of Material Master Data Changes.
- Working closely with relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and internal departments.
- Supporting external inquiries on material declaration (e.g. IMDS).
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Environmental / Natural Science or equivalent
- Min. 0-1 year of relevant experience in handling suppliers & material documents
