Specialist, Affiliate Partnerships

Role Summary

The Specialist, Affiliate Partnerships is responsible for driving growth, revenue, and strategic partner relationships across McAfee's affiliate marketing program. This role owns a portfolio of high-value affiliate and publisher relationships, develops growth strategies, manages partner investments, and collaborates cross-functionally to maximize performance across key markets. 

The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills, analytical thinking, and performance marketing expertise to deliver scalable growth through affiliate partnerships. 

This is a Hybrid position is open to any of our Hub locations. You will be required to be on-site on an as-needed basis. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to NYC and are not offering relocation assistance at this time 

Position Details

About the role: 

Affiliate Partner Management & Growth 

• Manage strategic affiliate publisher relationships across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and other assigned regions. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key affiliate partners and networks. 

• Build and execute growth strategies designed to expand revenue, customer acquisition, and market reach. 

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new affiliate partners and distribution opportunities. 

• Lead business reviews and performance discussions with partners to drive continuous improvement. 

Revenue & Performance Optimization 

• Manage partner investments, media placements, promotional opportunities, and incentive structures. 

• Analyze affiliate performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, bookings, and return on ad spend. 

• Negotiate promotional placements, increased exposure, and strategic partnership opportunities. 

• Monitor affiliate performance trends and proactively recommend optimization initiatives. 

Campaign & Launch Support 

• Lead affiliate participation in seasonal campaigns, promotional events, and key business initiatives. 

• Support the launch of new products, services, and promotions across affiliate channels. 

• Partner with internal stakeholders to align pricing, offers, localization requirements, and go-to-market activities. 

• Coordinate affiliate implementation of creative testing initiatives, including landing page, cart, and promotional offer tests. 

Regional & Program Ownership 

• Serve as a regional lead for assigned affiliate markets. 

• Support expansion and optimization efforts across global affiliate programs. 

• Manage the TunnelBear affiliate program and identify opportunities to accelerate growth. 

• Provide support for strategic initiatives and cross-functional business priorities as needed. 

About you:   

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing, or digital marketing. 

• Experience with CJ, Impact, Partnerize, or similar affiliate platforms.  

• Experience supporting international affiliate programs.  

• Knowledge of subscription businesses, ecommerce, or digital consumer products.  

• Experience collaborating with product, analytics, finance, and marketing teams. 

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to drive business decisions. 

• Experience managing budgets, promotions, incentives, or partner investments. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Pay Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $85,800.00/Yr. - USD $140,955.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
