Position Summary
The Special Care Team (SCT) Specialist is responsible for managing sales orders escalated to SHU and supporting complex customer service and order fulfillment cases. This role serves as a central point of contact for SHU orders and works closely with Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, FSO, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Business Units, Manufacturing, and other internal teams to support timely delivery and protect customer commitments.
The position requires strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills to track part delivery from order creation through final delivery. The SCT Specialist provides dedicated support for R&D tools, high-value tools, SHU orders, and tools with annual service contracts above 500K.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SHU sales orders and ensure clear communication of delivery status throughout the order lifecycle.
- Coordinate with OCE and internal stakeholders to obtain current status updates on critical orders.
- Prioritize and expedite critical orders in alignment with customer commitments and business needs.
- Identify potential risks or escalations early and support timely resolution.
- Partner with CSR, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Business Units, Manufacturing, and other teams to resolve customer requests.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, FSO teams, and internal stakeholders during escalation cases.
- Conduct proactive order reviews and follow up on required actions to support delivery performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Proactive update to FSO/Customers on High Value Tools, R&D Tools & SHU orders
Follow up with OCE on latest status of critical orders
Prioritize/Expedite/Communicate SHU order status
Proactively address potential escalations
Manage customer/FSO relationship
Proactive Order review
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, order management, customer service, or escalation management.
- Experience using SAP for order management and fulfillment activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of order fulfillment, logistics, planning, purchasing, and escalation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on open actions, and work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Additional language skills are an advantage for multi-region support.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. Master’s degree preferred.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
