What you will do:

Strategic Sourcing Process

Operational sourcing activities

Give administrative support to Strategic Sourcing Managers

Update and register supplier vendor database

Support on contract handling with contracts/amendment/termination

Contact suppliers, stakeholders, internal areas

Generate some reports and some specific activities under supervision

The skills you bring:

Be studying university degrees in international trade, business administration, finance, economy, engineering or related, with approved university internships for minimum 12 months. (Planned start date: January 2027)

Availability to work from Monday to Friday, and flexibility for hybrid work (office 3 x per week)

Have practical experience in Excel and data management

Outstanding communication skills

Have initiative, a pragmatic approach to various situations and be passionate about generating results.

Proficiency in English language,

Practical experience with MS-office (proficient in Excel & PowerPoint).

PowerBI or any other reporting visualization applications is a plus
