Overview
The Solutions Architect designs, guides, and reviews complex digital solutions that support DX business objectives, with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, security, and reusability. This role bridges business requirements, technical architecture, and delivery execution while providing leadership in AI-enabled solutions, automation strategies, integration design, and technical governance. The Solutions Architect collaborates closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to deliver innovative and sustainable digital solutions.

What You Will Do:
- Define solution architectures, technical designs, implementation patterns, and dependencies for complex business requirements
- Evaluate technology options and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Design and review AI-enabled, automation-focused, and integration-driven solutions
- Assess solution quality, data flows, integration points, and non-functional requirements
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to support successful delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Systems Architects, and development teams to translate requirements into effective solutions
- Coach and mentor Solution Developers on architecture principles, design patterns, and technical best practices
- Support governance initiatives by promoting standards, reusable components, and architecture maturity across DX
- Participate in agile planning, design reviews, and technical decision-making processes
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Systems Analysis, Application Development, Automation, Software Engineering, or related technical delivery roles
- Experience designing enterprise solutions involving AI, workflow automation, digital platforms, APIs, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, solution design patterns, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycle methodologies
- Knowledge of governance, security, risk management, and quality assurance practices
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills
- Professional certifications in Solution Architecture, Cloud Technologies, Automation Platforms, AI, or Agile Delivery are highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and other modern digital technologies is an advantage
