Solution Sales Specialist - AI Workforce
Are you passionate about helping organizations rethink how work gets done with AI?
We are looking for a Solution Area Specialist – AI Workforce to help some of Denmark’s leading organizations turn the potential of AI into measurable business impact.
AI is changing how organizations think about productivity, employee experience and business processes. The AI Workforce Specialist sits at the center of that transformation.
You will have the opportunity to work with leading Danish organizations as they move from experimenting with AI to embedding Copilot and Agents into the way their people and businesses operate.
In this role, you will lead strategic customer conversations around Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agents, helping customers transform employee productivity, business processes and the way people work.
You will help customers answer the questions that matter most:

- How do we turn that opportunity into a credible business case?
- And how do we move from AI experimentation to transformation at scale?
This is not simply a technology sales role. You will engage senior business and technology decision makers, identify high-value AI scenarios and build the business case for transformation. Working across Microsoft and our partner ecosystem, you will help customers move from AI ambition to adoption and measurable value.
