Solution Sales Enablement Manager
The Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) industry team leads healthcare transformation through bold innovation and agility, empowering providers, payors, pharmaceutical organizations, MedTech companies, patients, members, scientists, and partners to improve the human experience in healthcare. Across HLS vertical markets, organizations are navigating rising costs, regulatory and security complexity, workforce pressures, rapidly evolving customer and patient expectations, and the need to modernize legacy environments while accelerating responsible AI adoption. Microsoft works across the healthcare ecosystem to help organizations improve health outcomes, advance scientific and product innovation, enhance patient and member experiences, strengthen operational resilience, and create more efficient, equitable, and sustainable healthcare systems through cloud and AI.
As the Solution Sales Enablement Manager for HLS, you will lead the team that serves as the pattern-recognition, repeatability, and scale engine for Frontier Company. You will turn learning from Frontier Deployed Engineering (FDE), Industry Advisor (IA), field, studio, and partner engagements into repeatable industry AI transformation motions. You will guide the team in selectively engaging on strategic opportunities where HLS expertise can unlock reusable patterns or lighthouse outcomes, translating successful approaches into customer evidence, executive narratives, discovery and qualification mechanisms, business-value patterns, partner pathways, activation kits, and field-ready playbooks.
You will collaborate across Industry Advisory, FDE Studios, strategic account teams, Marketing, Customer Zero, CxO Advisory, engineering, and partners to accelerate customer outcomes and commercial impact. Success requires strong people leadership, industry and sales acumen, executive influence, disciplined prioritization, and the ability to package what works so that others can execute at scale without bespoke SSE involvement in every engagement.
If hired in the Puget Sound area, will be required to work in the office three days per week, otherwise this position is 100% remote.
