As a DSP Solution Architect on our Enterprise Applications team at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in the OneDSP program, guiding the architecture and design of demand and supply planning applications. Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields with 4–10 years of experience in supply chain IT, focusing on Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) and 10+ years of IT experience in supply chain planning and execution systems.
  • Deep functional understanding of demand, supply planning and response planning processes.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Kinaxis Maestro(RapidResponse) configuration and solutioning.
  • Highly knowledgeable about the master and transactional data sets.
  • Experience in Kinaxis closedloop activities and SAP data extractions to Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Perform E2E complete testing -Unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), help users with UAT etc.
  • Good hands-on experience with Excel.
  • Analyse and solve issues related to production.
  • Prior experience working in Go-live and Hypercare of the projects to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Nice-To-Have:

  • Kinaxis Certification.
  • Knowledge of SAP and its integration with Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Proven track record as a solution architect in large-scale digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of the OneDSP program to ensure alignment with Nokia’s enterprise IT strategy.
  • Define, document, and update solution architecture to meet the evolving needs of demand and supply and response planning, smart promising, order fulfillment , closed loop,.
  • Analyse and assess technical details and data components for supply chain applications.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across various business units to manage complex assignments and achieve project objectives.
  • Guide development teams in implementing technical solutions with a focus on regulatory compliance and security standards.
  • Oversee architectural governance with external suppliers and partners to maintain project alignment.
  • Define migration strategies for legacy systems to next-generation platforms, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Provide mentorship to project teams, fostering architectural best practices during project execution.
