• Define and drive the overall quality strategy for products and releases.
• Lead test planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance initiatives across multiple projects.
• Establish and promote QA standards, best practices, and scalable testing processes.
• Drive test automation strategy and continuous improvement efforts.
• Analyze complex product issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Support teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor quality metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve product quality.
• Mentor and coach QA engineers, fostering technical growth and quality ownership.
• Influence product and engineering decisions through quality-focused leadership.
• Champion innovation by evaluating and implementing new tools, technologies, and AI-driven QA solutions.
• Support release readiness reviews and provide quality-related go/no-go recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

·         Advanced knowledge of networking TCP/IP protocols 

 ·        Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.

·         Strong scripting and automation skills, with Python preferred.

·         Solid Linux operating system knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

·         Experience with automation frameworks and automated testing systems.

·         Familiarity with AI-powered development, testing, and debugging tools.

·         Ability to leverage AI technologies to improve test automation, failure analysis, root-cause investigation, and QA productivity.

·         Experience working in an Agile development environment.

·         Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

·         Working knowledge of tools and technologies such as Wireshark, Git, Jenkins, automation test harnesses, and AI-assisted engineering tools.

·         Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with QA, Development, Support teams, and customers.

·         Open to mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
