Software Engineering Internship -Post-Processing Dyno Measurements

Tesla is seeking an Intern Software Engineer at the last year of their MSc studies (preferably at the conclusion thesis) to work as part of the Tesla motor technology team located in Athens, Greece. This person will develop the post-processing pipeline for dyno measurement data, from receipt of a run to presentation of results, and will develop real-time automated test sequences and the software required for their repeatable execution.Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the dyno post-processing pipeline for measurement data
- Develop the parsing backend: ingest, validate, and transform raw runs into results
- Develop real-time automated test sequences and the associated software for triggering, data capture, and handoff into post-processing
- Write and maintain tests, scripts, and failure handling for bad files, missing channels, and partial runs
- Contribute to tools and automation that reduce manual steps between raw measurements and final result
- Collaborate with test and modeling engineers to trace issues in the data path, the sequence, or the measurement
- Document the pipeline and test sequences
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in English
- Strong programming fundamentals - proficiency in Python and Matlab
- Experience with scripts, backends, or data pipelines
- Experience with Git and version control
- Ability to work in a collaborative laboratory environment
- Eligible to work on-site in Athens, Greece, Monday-Friday
