About the Role
Solution QA는 FuriosaAI의 NPU 제품과 이를 구동하는 소프트웨어가 개발 환경, 생산 현장과 고객 시스템에서 요구하는 품질을 충족하는지 검증하는 팀입니다. NPU 보드와 시스템 하드웨어부터 Firmware, Driver, Runtime, SDK와 모델 추론 솔루션까지 검증 범위를 연결하고, 기능·성능·전력·안정성·호환성과 제조 신뢰성을 함께 살펴봅니다.
FuriosaAI의 NPU 제품을 검증하기 위한 Test Framework와 Test Case 프로그램을 설계·개발하는 직무입니다. SDK, 모델 추론 및 서빙 솔루션, Runtime, Driver, FW와 관련 도구를 포함해 사내에서 개발한 모든 솔루션을 검증 대상으로 다룹니다. 제품 요구사항과 평가 시나리오를 실행 가능한 코드로 구현하고, 여러 제품 버전과 보드·서버 환경에서 반복 실행할 수 있는 검증 기반을 만듭니다.

Minimum Qualifications
- Python 등 프로그래밍 언어를 활용해 프로그램을 설계·개발하고, 기존 코드를 분석·수정 및 유지보수할 수 있는 분
- 제품 요구사항과 시험 문서를 실행 가능한 Test Case 및 명확한 결과 확인 로직으로 구현할 수 있는 분
- Linux 환경에서 프로세스, 파일, 권한, 장치 상태와 로그를 다루고 프로그램 실행 문제를 분석할 수 있는 분
- SDK·Runtime·Driver·FW의 기본적인 역할과 상호작용을 이해하고 문서 및 인터페이스를 활용해 검증 프로그램을 개발할 수 있는 분
- 반복 실행을 위한 환경 준비, 자원 관리, 예외 처리와 종료 후 정리를 고려하여 안정적인 코드를 작성할 수 있는 분
- 로그와 시험 결과를 구조화하고 실행 조건 및 버전 정보를 함께 기록하여 문제 재현과 분석을 지원할 수 있는 분
- Git 등 소스 관리 도구를 사용하고 코드 리뷰, 변경 이력 관리와 사용 문서 작성을 통해 협업할 수 있는 분
- 평가 담당자와 개발 조직의 요구사항을 구체화하고 테스트 코드 및 프레임워크의 문제를 주도적으로 해결할 수 있는 분
Preferred Qualifications
- 테스트 프레임워크, 자동화 테스트 또는 하드웨어 연동 검증 프로그램의 설계·개발 경험
- NPU·GPU 등 AI 가속기, SDK·Driver·FW 또는 임베디드 시스템 관련 개발·검증 경험
- pytest 등 테스트 도구와 CI/CD를 활용한 회귀 검증 및 테스트 코드 운영 경험
- C·C++·Rust 기반 코드의 분석 또는 장치 제어 도구와의 연동 개발 경험
- vLLM 등 모델 서빙 환경 및 추론 벤치마크를 활용한 검증 프로그램 개발 경험
- 여러 보드·서버의 시험 자원 관리, 병렬 실행 또는 장시간 테스트 자동화 경험
- SQL·데이터베이스·API를 활용한 결과 저장·조회, 대시보드 및 리포팅 기능 연계 경험
- BIOS·BMC·IPMI, PCIe 또는 전원·온도 등 시스템 정보 수집과 장치 제어 경험
