Software Engineer

Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of scalable APIs, backend services, and data platforms for enterprise software. Provide hands-on technical direction while advancing AI-first engineering, automation, quality, reliability, and operational excellence across the software lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Own technical delivery, architecture, and engineering standards across services, APIs, and data systems.

• Design and build production systems using Go and Python, with REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and ClickHouse, or comparable transactional, caching, and analytics technologies.
• Apply data lakehouse concepts across ingestion, data modeling, governance, and analytics pipelines.
• Drive scalable, secure, observable, and production-ready systems using ELK, Grafana, and modern CI/CD and testing practices.
• Improve reliability, performance, capacity, cost efficiency, incident response, and root-cause prevention.
• Champion responsible AI-assisted development, testing, observability, operations, and intelligent automation.
• Demonstrate strong system design, distributed systems, problem-solving, code quality, and end-to-end technical ownership.
• Partner effectively with Product and cross-functional stakeholders; provide technical guidance, coaching, and clear communication.
• Preferred: experience with agentic AI/RAG, cloud-native infrastructure, containers, infrastructure-as-code, streaming, security, or data governance.

Education

• IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
