Job Summary

NetApp is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer (IC2) – Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and build scalable, cloud-native applications that power critical business workflows and AI-driven experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, React, Microservices architecture, and API development, along with exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and LLM-powered applications. In this role, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. You will partner closely with product managers, architects, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in full-stack application development using Node.js, React, and Microservices architecture.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in API design, development, integration, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience building scalable cloud-native applications with a solid understanding of software design principles and engineering best practices.
  • Experience building AI-powered applications and integrations.
  • Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks, LLM-based applications, AI orchestration, and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of storage, data management, or cloud infrastructure domains is a plus.
  • Proven ability to take ownership, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver business-critical projects.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, collaboration, and continuous learning mindset.
  • Ability to independently deliver features, own services end-to-end, and drive engineering excellence across teams.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
