Description and Requirements

岗位职责

• 负责域控制器底层软件架构设计，包括BSP、bootloader、诊断、系统启动等模块的架构设计与实现
• 负责异构多核底层软件架构设计（如Linux/QNX + RTOS/AutoSAR CP），设计并优化核间通信（IPC）机制
• 按照ASPICE流程要求，完成软件架构文档、接口设计文档、技术规范等交付物
• 支持量产项目交付，负责量产项目中底软问题的分析与解决
• 对接主机厂、测试部门、硬件团队，推动问题闭环和项目交付

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，5年以上嵌入式底软开发经验，具备汽车自动驾驶域控量产项目完整交付经验
• 熟悉ASPICE开发流程，有软件架构设计和文档编写经验
• 熟练掌握C/C++，熟悉Linux/QNX至少一种车载操作系统，了解RTOS及多核通信机制
• 熟悉AutoSAR架构、车载以太网、诊断协议（UDS/DoIP）
• 具备板级Bring-up及硬件联调经验，有复杂底软问题的分析和解决能力，具备量产项目攻坚经验
