For our Quality team, we are looking for a SQE to help us drive Electrification & Automation Business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Manage supplier complaint handling process, ensure supplier 8D implementation & review.
  • Plan and ensure supplier pre-assessment / audits & measures tracking.
  • Drives performance and continuous improvement management and collaborates in supplier development programs.
  • Ensure Incoming Inspection Plan (IIP) in Operations.
  • Prepare, Execute & Monitor Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA).
  • Support procurement to plan & conduct supplier risk assessments. Evaluate the supplier performance, Supplier development, give support to Claim Manager.
  • Drive digitalization in SQM.
  • Support supplier & material selection in development, projects, manufacturing, assembly workshops & service.
  • Support material qualification process (sample release& production release).
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.

Your defining qualities

  • Preferred 5 years working experience on SQM/QA function, familiar with supplier management process.
  • It is preferred with success experience of complicated project.
  • Product knowledge related to mechanical/plastic/electric components.
  • Familiar with knowledge of supplier quality management and VDA6.3 process audit.
  • Familiar with product knowledge related to mechanical/plastic/electric components.
  • Familiar with all kinds of tools like 8D, Fishbone, 5 why, etc. and familiar with APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP & SPC.
  • Good at English language communication, good at self-teach competence.
