We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead site operations for our railway signalling projects in Estonia. In this critical role, you will be the primary on-site authority responsible for ensuring that all project tasks—executed by internal teams, sub-contractors, and diverse project partners—are delivered safely, correctly, and on schedule. Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder coordination and a solid technical foundation in railway signalling systems, particularly regarding testing, commissioning, and integration.

What you will do:

• Site Operations & Execution Leadership: Manage daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and strict railway safety regulations
• Stakeholder & Partner Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for multiple stakeholders, including clients, sub-contractors, local authorities, and diverse project partners. Align conflicting priorities and maintain smooth on-site cooperation
• Technical Oversight (Signalling & T&C): Oversee and coordinate technical tasks related to the installation, testing, and commissioning (T&C) of railway signalling systems (interlocking, trackside equipment)
• Safety & Compliance (HSE): Enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site. Ensure all site personnel and partners comply with local Estonian railway safety regulations and company policies
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor site progress against the master schedule, identify potential bottlenecks or delays early, and implement corrective actions. Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager
• Quality Control & Documentation: Ensure that installation and testing documentation is meticulously maintained, verified, and signed off in accordance with project and regulatory requirements

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Project Engineer within the railway infrastructure sector—specifically with railway signalling
• Strong technical understanding of railway signalling principles, installation methodologies, and the testing and commissioning (T&C) lifecycle
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Railway Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Able to lead diverse teams and partner networks in a complex, multi-vendor environment
• Language Skills:
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for internal reporting and international partner collaboration
• Fluent in Estonian or Russian (written and spoken) for local stakeholder, partner, and site-level communication. (Bilingual in Estonian and Russian is a strong advantage)
• Willingness to travel to various project sites across Estonia as required
